Shortlisted candidates will follow a three stage process, individuals must be able to commit to these dates as there will be no alternatives;
Stage 1 – 2nd – 5th December 2021
Online numeracy, literacy and psychometric testing. Tests will be conducted digitally in candidates’ own time, duration no longer than 1.5 hours.
Stage 2 – Wednesday 15th December 2021
Selection day including a formal presentation and group assessment, details of which will be provided to shortlisted candidates in advance. Candidates will be invited to a morning or afternoon session, between 10:15am – 1:30pm or 12:30pm – 3:45pm.
Stage 3 – Monday 20th December 2021
Final interview, interviews will last no longer than an hour and will be held between 10:30am to 3:30pm.
