A rare opportunity has arisen for a Volunteer Coordinator to join the expanding, passionate team at Back on the Map where volunteers are the Golden Thread that runs through everything we do.  Working 35 hours per week Monday – Friday with some flexibility required, paying £24-26k pro rata per annum, depending on experience.   

We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and self-motivated individual with experience in managing and developing volunteering in a not-for-profit organisation.   The postholder will recruit, retain and support our team of 50+ volunteers working in community and trustee roles. Back on the Map is an Investing in Volunteers accredited organisation.
