Back on the Map will share your information with Third Parties, these are limited to National Landlords Association, Sunderland City Council - Housing Benefit and Council Tax and the Department for Work and Pension. If the property is not owned by is managed by Back on the Map we may need to share your details with the landlord or property owner. The processing of your data in necessary for contract and in completing this application form you are explicitly consenting for the data you give us to be used in the way we've described above. Should your application be successful we will carry our Right to Rent checks on you as required by law under the Immigration Act 2014. If you have the right to rent and we enter into a Tenancy Agreement with you your data will also be held on our Housing Spreadsheet. We use your data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 for the purpose of tenancy and property management. Your data is held securely on the Cloud via Google Apps for work. Access to this information is restricted but will be shared with Third Parties specifically to our Repairs Contractors. A list of whom may be obtained from a member of staff.
