What type of properties does Back on the Map have?
We have a mixture of residential houses to accommodate a variety of different families, from large three bedroom Victorian terraces, one and two bedroom flats, to one, two and three bedroom terraced cottages. Our properties are unfurnished however all are equipped with fully fitted kitchens comprising modern units and integrated oven, hob and extractor. Generally our properties are fitted with laminate flooring in living areas and bedroom are carpeted in a modern style.
What is expected of Back on the Map tenants?
We expect our tenants to behave responsibly and respect the community and their neighbours. We will not accept Anti Social Behaviour and as a private landlord will only issue short hold tenancies. Where tenants fail to abide by the tenancy agreement we will take action and their tenancy agreement will be terminated.
How can I become a Back on the Map tenant?
If your interested in renting a Back on the Map property will need to be fully vetted this includes a background check with Sunderland City Council and a have a suitable landlord referance. If you are interested in renting one of our properties please complete both the Property Application Form and Selection of Tenants Form below and return them to us along with valid ID and proof of your current address at the Hub on Villette Road.
